There are so many vendors and suppliers, it becomes a confusing maze of who to deal with, and what you need from each company. For one, you need a trade show booth and graphics. We work with multiple vendors; one that design booths, and another that designs the graphics for the booth space. I’m not talking about the graphic design aspect (we also do that), but rather the displays and graphic elements that will be used at the booth. So, a graphic designer would design the digital document, and this would be sent to the company that produces the elements for the booth itself. Each item has a specific requirement, and quite honestly, as you probably know if you have done trade shows in the past, there are multiple vendors you end up dealing with that you never accounted for when you started the process.
