SEO Case Study - Make it Active, LLC

I was a member of the Dover Main Street and working at a booth at Apple Harvest, Brian introduced himself as new to town and explained what he did for work. I happened to be just building a new location and desperately needed help with my website and SEO.

I am good at Real Estate and starting businesses but I have no idea how to create a website and get my name out there on the internet. My website was done by another company, but was not generating leads as I had hoped so I had to rely solely on advertising to generate leads.

Make it Active has managed my website and figured out how to integrate software that helps reduce overhead and ease staffing.  They have taken photographs and created Google Tours for me.  Brian has introduced me to products that I did not even know I needed but have tremendously helped my visibility on the internet.

Great, they are very responsive, I continually refer Make it Active to friends and business owners, I know they will service their accounts well.  I have worked with companies in the past that just take the monthly fee. but do not put in the hours it takes to keep my site active and profitable. It is obvious that Make it Active works for their clients, and put in the hours that I am paying for.

My website placement is the most important thing I can spend money on in my business and Make it Active has done a wonderful job at keeping us ranked 1st place, or near the top for each location.

Since we were a start up, it is hard to give actual numbers as to how my business has increased, but my google placement is crucial. I value every customer as being worth $1,000 based on the average cost of acquisition. We have continued adding locations, and whenever I am in a rush to increase visibility, Make it Active does whatever we need to help make it happen.

The design of my website was not an easy task with how we needed to integrate with our industry specific software. Make it Active worked directly with our tech support so I did not have to be bothered with it, and now has created a site that can with with our proprietary system so I can make money on nights and weekends when other companies are closed.

I am not always the most patient person, when I have an ideal I usually act on it right away. When I have asked Make It Active for adjustments to my website, I get a response very quickly. Often times Brian will tell me the reasons why what I want may not be a good idea and give me the reasons why, though he always follows through with my requests. We have always been able to work together to figure out a solution to what I am trying to accomplish.

We are expanding and building additional locations, I plan on Make it Active being there to help with start up and building our business the way we did the first two locations.
