How far in advance should we hire a tradeshow consultant?

Tradeshows take lots of research, planning, and the preparation the first few weeks alone can be a full time job; especially if you need a booth, graphics, brochures, promotional materials, etc. We recomend hiring a consultant no more than 90 days prior to a show. While we can accommodate businesses with less notice, the costs go up significantly due to the time it takes to put everything together in such a short amount of time. There are are many deadlines to meet, each aspect of a tradeshow has deadlines. Freight should be received no later than a certain date, otherwise your company could incur additional charges with the tradeshow management group at the actual tradshow. This is why it is imperative to meet deadlines to avoid a constant state of emergency, which usually happens if you have fewer than 90 days to prepare for the tradeshow.

We update our business often, would we have to pay to redo the tour?

A virtual tour is created by using specialized cameras and lenses, to create 360 degree photo spheres. Once these spheres are created, they are connected to other local spheres; thus, creating the virtual tour. Individual spheres can be redone at any time, for a reduced rate. For businesses that change fairly frequently, we can setup plans, which ensure you are locked in at the same rate, but the spheres, and tour, is regularly updated.

We do want to also point out that you don't actually need to update the tour. You would also have photos on a Google listing, and can simply update individual store photos. The concept of a tour is to demonstrate your business, as it looks. If you regularly sell different items, it really won't matter to customers, as they will be viewing the tour to see how your business looks in general, and would not be necessarily looking for specific items.

Our business is small, would we still benefit from a Street View Virtual Tour?

We often hear the same, or similar questions from customers about virtual tours. Often, customers think of a virtual tour as something only large businesses, fancy hotels, and elegant showrooms offer. That is far from the truth. At one point, the cost might have been prohibitive for small businesses, but now, with tours as low as $500, businesses can't afford NOT to do a tour. In fact, we would recommend any business to do a tour, whether you have a large furniture store, or a small sandwich shop! Virtual tours help build your presence online, and unlike SEO, a virtual tour is a one time cost. We will even put your virtual tour on your website as part of our service, for no additional cost!
